WARRANTY - EXCHANGES - RETURNS
Any change or return must be previously authorized by Perfumería Benegas, S.L., and must be requested in writing (e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org), along with the reasons for the request, within a period of 72 hours following receipt of the product. Once we receive this message, we will proceed to process the return. The method will be the following:
- We will contact the customer to inform them of the return processing and the delivery address that must be indicated on the package.
- You must deliver the product to us within 7 days from the date you received it, or upon prior agreement between the client and Perfumería Benegas. Outside of this period we cannot accept returns. The cost of shipping will be borne by the customer, both for the first delivery and for the subsequent return.
- Benegas Perfumery will refund the money once it has received the product and verified that it is in perfect condition.
- In the event that the cause of the exchange or return was due to causes beyond the control of the customer (sending unrequested product, deterioration during transport), the customer will receive the requested product, or, where applicable, the amount, at no additional cost.
The return guarantee is excluded:
- If once delivered it suffers deterioration caused by: external events, accidents, or improper use of the product.
- If the change is due to an error on the part of the customer, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
Return and exchange costs:
Spain: 8.00 EUR
Balearic Islands: 38.00 EUR
Canary Islands: 89.00 EUR
Europe: 51.00 EUR
Rest of the world: 95.00 EUR

To accept an exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition. Benegas Perfumery, S.L. will not accept changes if the product packaging is not the original and is not in perfect condition. The package must be protected so that the product is received in perfect condition.
When receiving your order you must follow the following instructions: Check the package when it is delivered to you, if you notice any damage to the packaging, open it immediately and check the contents. If it is damaged or something is missing, note the damage or lack on the carrier's delivery note or postal delivery receipt, and notify Perfumería Benegas, S.L. within a maximum period of 24 hours. If this is not done it will be impossible to claim from the transport company and Perfumería Benegas, S.L. will not assume any responsibility.
