Terms and Conditions
WARRANTY - EXCHANGES - RETURNS
All exchanges or returns must be previously authorized by Perfumería Benegas, S.L. and must be requested in writing (email: info@perfumeriabenegas.com), along with the reasons for the request, within 72 hours of receiving the product. Once this message is received, we will process the return. The method will be as follows:
- We will contact the customer to inform them of the return processing and the delivery address to be indicated on the package.
- The product must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving it, or by prior agreement between the customer and Perfumería Benegas. Returns cannot be accepted after this period. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, both for the initial delivery and for the subsequent return.
- Perfumería Benegas will refund the money once it has received the product and verified that it is in perfect condition.
- If the reason for the exchange or return is due to reasons beyond the customer's control (shipment of an unsolicited product, damage during shipping), the customer will receive the requested product, or the full amount, at no additional cost.
The following are not covered by the return policy:
- If, upon delivery, the product is damaged due to external factors, accidents, or misuse.
- If the exchange is due to an error on the part of the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Spain: 9.00 EUR
Canary Islands: 99.00 EUR
Europe: 75.00 EUR
Rest of the world: 125.00 EUR

IMPORTANT NOTE
To accept an exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition. Perfumería Benegas, S.L. will not accept exchanges if the product packaging is not the original and is not in perfect condition. The package must be protected so that the product is received in perfect condition.
Upon receiving your order, you must follow these instructions: Inspect the package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging, open it immediately and inspect the contents. If it is damaged or anything is missing, note the damage or missing items on the carrier's delivery note or postal delivery receipt and notify Perfumería Benegas, S.L. within 24 hours. Failure to do so will make it impossible to file a claim with the shipping company, and Perfumería Benegas, S.L. will not assume any liability.

Prices are automatically indicated with or without VAT depending on the country where the order will be delivered.
SPAIN
Prices are shown with VAT.
If the Canary Islands is chosen as the destination, VAT will be automatically deducted.
Any taxes or import fees for the Canary Islands will be paid by the customer.
EUROPE
Prices are shown with VAT.

Any taxes or import fees for the destination countries will be paid by the customer.
